The identity and age verification process by which tvjili confirms a player's identity against their registered information prior to enabling withdrawal functions or increasing account limits.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. 2.5 KYC Verification. tvjili reserves the right to require full KYC document verification prior to processing any withdrawal. If tvjili determines at any point that an account holder is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all balances including winnings will be forfeited, and the incident may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.1 Responsibility for Credentials. 3.4 Single User. Accounts on tvjili are strictly personal. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf, nor may you access or use another person's tvjili account under any circumstances.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the tvjili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where transactions are initiated in a different currency, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a processing margin.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. tvjili currently accepts the following deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and Instapay. 4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The current minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per account tier, as displayed within the account cashier section. tvjili may adjust these limits at any time based on account verification status or internal risk assessment.
4.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your tvjili account are legally obtained and belong to you. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is a breach of this Agreement and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Deposit Crediting. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit to your tvjili wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, and Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. tvjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to players who have (a) completed account registration, (b) passed KYC identity verification, and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit from an accepted payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held pending until verification is satisfied.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per request. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Same-Method Policy. tvjili generally applies a same-payment-method policy: funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a tvjili account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
6.3 One Active Bonus. Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in a player's account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in the secondary bonus being removed without crediting.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. tvjili actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of deposit match thresholds across multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus-farming activity. Accounts found to be engaged in such practices will have all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.
6.5 Modification and Cancellation. tvjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject only to honouring bonuses already credited to active accounts in compliance with their published terms.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All slot and RNG-based casino games on tvjili use certified random number generation systems supplied by licensed game providers. 7.2 Technical Malfunctions. The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, confiscation of balance, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Ownership. 12.2 Exclusion of Losses. 12.3 Cap on Liability. Where tvjili's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, tvjili's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your tvjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Force Majeure. tvjili shall not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in platform operation resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment system outages.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request to close their tvjili account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method following a standard review period.
13.2 Suspension by tvjili. tvjili reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated any provision of this Agreement, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
13.3 Termination by tvjili. tvjili may permanently terminate an account upon confirmation of a material breach of these Terms. 14.1 Initial Contact. 14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Player's reasonable satisfaction through tvjili's internal process, the Player may seek recourse through applicable regulatory channels under Philippine law. tvjili does not submit to any foreign dispute resolution authority.
14.4 Finality of Results. Game results that have been recorded and settled by tvjili's system are final. Disputes concerning the fairness of individual game outcomes must be supported by documented evidence of a system malfunction or rule violation — personal disagreement with a result does not constitute grounds for reversal.
15.1 Right to Amend. tvjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on record or via a notification displayed upon login, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the tvjili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
